Overview
An integrated system for processing organic waste — livestock and poultry manure, sludge and similar. Output is used in soil improvement, organic vegetable cultivation and landscaping, so waste is treated harmlessly and the environment is protected.
Because the tank is fully closed, fermentation is not affected by outside conditions. That lets organic fertiliser production meet industrial standards while preventing fermentation-gas leakage and secondary pollution. The interior uses a polyurethane heat-preservation layer under strict temperature control, and the cone-shaped base supports year-round fermentation. A hydraulic drive with a large-capacity motor ensures thorough material mixing and stable operation.
