Our latest single-stage incubation machine for hatching chicken eggs, with a capacity range of 19,200–86,400 eggs (duck hatching capacity 12,096–54,432). The patented fan system genuinely increases hatching rate by 1–2%.
An optional full-information control system and PLC intelligent control system manage heating, humidity, egg turning, cooling and alarms automatically, including power-failure and fan-stop alarms. Pre-painted sandwich-panel construction gives a durable, attractive appearance with strong insulation and long service life, and a new wetting system maintains humidity while saving floor space.
Ventilation can be configured as positive pressure, negative pressure, or combined positive and negative pressure to ensure hatching performance. Trolleys, columns, bottom frame, egg systems and other accessories are all spray- or hot-dip galvanised for durability.
